Sarah M. Cady
PORTER POINTERS
Died, at the resident of Mr. and Mrs. Swan Bluberg, of Porter, Friday, July, 14, of old age, Sarah M. widow of Missionary Cady, at the advanced age of 84 years, 4 months and 13 days.
The remains were taken by her son, Prof. Calvin B. Cady, of Chicago, to Udina, Ills., where the interment was made Sunday.
Mrs. Cady had been bedridden for about 12 years on account of a broken hip. She was brought to Porter some time ago on account of the quiet, and had been carefully watched and cared for by Mrs. Bluberg since coming here. Deceased leaves two sons, one in Chicago, and one in Japan. Mrs. Cady had a beautiful christian character and it seems not but likely that she is now enjoying an eternal and new life with her sainted husband and they together, with the Father who rules the universe.
