Resolutions of Condolence.
At the meeting of the High School Literary Society, held Friday, July 22, the following resolutions were adopted:
WHEREAS, In the death of Truman A. Beach, there has been taken from our society, a member, friend, and school-mate, therefore,
Resolved, That while we mourn the loss of an active and efficient member, we recognize in him, a boy of excellent character.
Resolved, That we hold him high in esteem, for his faithfulness to this society, and that we express as best we can, our sorrow and sympathy to his bereaved parents and friends.
Resolved, That we place these resolutions upon the record of the society, give them to his friends through the papers, and present a copy to his parents.
