Cain Austin
Mr. Cain Austin, an old and well-known resident of Porter county, died at his residence near Blachley's Corners, Sunday night, May 18. He had not enjoyed good health for several months, but the direct cause of his death at this time was nasal hemorhage, his nose having bled from 12 to 6 o'clock the day before. The loss of blood caused a weakness his frail constitution could not survive. He was buried Tuesday in the Fleming grave-yard, the funeral services being conducted at the house by Rev. J. H. Edwards, pastor of the Christian church.
