Annie Adams
PORTER POINTERS.
Died, at her home in Blue Island, Ill., on Thursday, Sept. 3rd, Mrs. Annie Adams of typhoid pneumonia. Deceased was the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Anderson, well-known residents of Portage township, and was born on the family homestead on October 17, 1866, being 29 years, 10 months and 16 days of age at the time of her death. On Dec. 28, 1889, she was united in marriage to Albert Adams, who with one child survive her, also father, mother, two sisters and six brothers. The remains were shipped to Lake Station Saturday, Sept. 5th and the funeral held at the Swedish Mission church, Rev. N. P. Zackrison officiating. The remains were laid to rest in the Blake cemetery near the old homestead. The bereaved family have the sympathy of the entire community.
