ALVIS AND EDNA HITESMAN
Born in the South, was left an orphan at the age of two. I attended first grade in the South, continued my schooling in Montana.
I came to Valparaiso and three years later on a Sunday afternoon at Seivers soda fountain I met Alvia Hitesman. Two years later we were married. We lived in Valparaiso all our married life.
Alvia passed away September 15, 1966. We adopted two children, Arlene, deceased, and Paul, now living in Texas.
