Remark: A photograph very similar to the one shown here appeared the Chesterton Tribune in 1942; the newspaper was attempting to identify those individuals in the photograph. An inscription on the back of the photograph shown here dates it as "Late 1890's" and the individuals identified as follows:
Back row, left to right - Theodore Johnston, Bill Bowman, Gust Sheets (Barber in Valparaiso), Roy Miskimins, Ed Kaub, and Abner Sanders
Middle Row - Verne Miskimins, Williard Herring, and Charles Lindall
Front Row - W.S. Lindall and William Jacobson
