Remark: Written on reverse of postcard is the
following - "Our barracks at Valparaiso, Ind." Photograph includes ten soldiers
sitting at curb in front of Lembke Hall. Named in honor of Charles Lembke, a
Valparaiso architect, Lembke Hall was constructed in 1902 and was used to house
male students. The structure was razed in 1996.
