Remark: The Domestic Science and
Agricultural Building was renamed DeMotte Hall in 1959 to honor Mark DeMotte,
founder of the Valparaiso University's School of Law. The structure was razed in
1996. Note that the tan building located
in the lower right corner of this image is the shop for Elmer E. Starr, a
local photographer and postcard producer and seller.
