Remark: This photograph show the Porter County Co-Op's Wheeler Elevator office building. It is believed that this structure was originally the Wheeler depot for the Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne and Chicago Railway. The depot ceased operation on August 15, 1931, due to lack of freight and passenger traffic.
