Remark: The Naturfreundehaus or Friends of Nature Camp, a nudist camp, was located at 910 Longfellow Road west of Crisman and north of Garyton in Portage Township, Porter County, Indiana. Note that Longfellow Road is now referred to as Swanson Road. The camp was located on Longfellow road north of Central Avenue and South of U.S. Route 20. The camp was in existence at least until 1960.
