Remark: This image represents present day Calumet Road, looking south. Railroad Park, known today as Thomas Centennial Park, is located in the treed area just across the railroad track on the right side of this image. Two business signs are shown on the left. One sign is for a wall paper, paint, and glass store. The other sign advertises for the business of Dr. C. L. Mingis, dentist. Dr. Mingis was a graduate of the Louisville College of Dentistry in 1911.
